If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or size, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- We can't refund your original or return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- Include your name, email address, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
- We will email you back with a returns address.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend using a recorded service. We will not grant a refund on any product that fails to reach us.
Please post your goods back to us within 28 days of purchase, including your name and order number in the parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify whether your request has been approved or rejected.
If approved and you wish to receive a refund, this will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days. If approved and you wish to exchange for a different item or size, you will receive a new order confirmation and this will be shipped to you within our usual 2 working day turnaround.
